Frequently Asked Questions

How do you approach a new automation project?

We map the real process first — who does what, when, and what breaks it. You get a fixed build plan with scope and timeline before we write a single automation.

Do you work with the tools we already use?

Wherever they hold up, yes. We build in Zapier, Make, n8n and Airtable when that is the fastest fit, and in Python, TypeScript or APIs when the logic needs real branching — whichever runs reliably in your stack.

How involved will our team need to be?

Enough to keep the automation correct, not so much that it becomes a second job. We run a mapping session up front, check in at build milestones, and hand over with documentation and a walkthrough.

Who owns the automation once it is built?

You do. Everything runs on your own accounts, with full documentation and a walkthrough included — no lock-in to us.

How long does a typical project take?

Most workflows ship in 2–6 weeks depending on scope. You get a fixed build plan before we start, so there is no surprise timeline.
