FAQ

Straight answers

Asked before every automation build.

The questions we hear most about AI, no-code, custom code, dashboards, ownership and process. Anything missing? Ask on the call.

Everything you might ask

No fog. Just practical answers.

Most first builds ship in 2 to 6 weeks after the blueprint is signed. A simple no-code workflow can move faster; AI agents, dashboards and custom integrations take longer because the data, permissions and review states need care.

Every build is quoted fixed-price after the free audit. The price depends on workflow scope, tool integrations, AI complexity, dashboard requirements and whether the right path is no-code, custom code or both.

Yes. Workflows, code, prompts, dashboards, documentation and credentials are handed over on accounts you control. If we build in a no-code platform, it runs in your workspace.

Both. We use Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable and similar tools where they fit. We write custom code for complex logic, AI guardrails, custom APIs, owned data models, dashboards and reliability.

Yes. We build support agents, sales agents, operations agents, knowledge assistants and workflow agents that can read data, use tools, draft work, trigger flows and escalate to humans.

We ground it in your data, constrain outputs, validate tool calls, add human review for sensitive steps, log behavior and test changes with real examples. The goal is managed reliability, not pretending AI is perfect.

Yes. We build operational dashboards, admin panels, review queues, portals and internal apps using no-code tools where practical and custom software where needed.

Usually, yes. We build around your existing stack: CRM, spreadsheets, email, marketing platforms, databases, messaging tools, project tools and APIs. The audit confirms the fit.

Access is scoped to the task, credentials are handled carefully, and systems run on accounts you control. See the Security page for the broader approach; specific requirements are defined in the blueprint.

That is exactly what the free audit is for. We will tell you plainly if the process is not a good fit, if no-code is enough, or if a custom build is worth scoping.

Yes. PlugWheel LLC is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and we work across time zones with remote teams.

You can run the system yourself, or we can stay on a light retainer for monitoring, prompt tuning, workflow updates and dashboard improvements.
