What we build

Workflow automation, powered by AI.

We turn repetitive approvals, document handling, routing, updates and handoffs into automated workflows with AI reading, classifying and preparing the work before your team touches it.

The problem

Your team is still the glue between every tool.

Forms arrive in one place, documents in another, approvals in chat, and final updates somewhere else entirely. People copy data, chase status, rename files, ask the same questions and keep the process alive by memory. AI can remove the reading and sorting. Automation removes the chasing.

  • Documents, emails, forms and messages are reviewed manually before anything moves.
  • Approvals and handoffs depend on someone remembering the next step.
  • Data is copied between CRMs, sheets, inboxes and project tools by hand.
  • Exceptions are mixed in with routine work, so everything feels urgent.

What we build

The pieces, built around your stack.

Some pieces belong in no-code tools. Some need custom code. Some need AI. We choose based on reliability, speed, ownership and the actual workflow.

Map

Workflow mapping

We map the real process first: triggers, owners, rules, approvals, exceptions and systems. The automation is built around how work actually moves.

AI

AI extraction & classification

Models read emails, PDFs, forms, images and notes, then extract structured fields, classify requests and prepare records for the next step.

Route

Approvals, routing & alerts

Tasks move to the right person or system automatically, with Slack, email, WhatsApp or dashboard alerts only when a human decision is needed.

Sync

No-code and coded integrations

Zapier, Make, n8n and Airtable where speed wins; Python, TypeScript and APIs where the workflow needs branching logic, validation or scale.

The pipeline

Messy input comes in. A finished workflow moves out.

The shape is simple: capture the work, let AI understand it, validate the result, route it, and monitor the run.

Map your workflow
Stage 01

Capture

We connect the places work already starts: forms, inboxes, CRMs, sheets, portals, WhatsApp, Slack and file uploads.

real-time
Stage 02

Understand

AI extracts fields, classifies intent, summarizes context and flags uncertainty instead of pretending everything is correct.

seconds
Stage 03

Validate

Business rules check totals, required fields, owners, dates and duplicate records before anything writes back to your stack.

automatic
Stage 04

Route

Routine work continues automatically. Exceptions go to a human with the source, the reason and the recommended next action attached.

on trigger
Stage 05

Monitor

Every workflow has logs, alerts and ownership. If something fails, the failure is visible and fixable instead of silent.

Straight answers

Questions we get about this.

Usually no. We connect the tools you already use and only recommend a new tool when the current stack truly cannot support the workflow.

AI handles the reading, extraction, classification, summarizing and first-pass decision support. Rules, validation, approvals and final actions are controlled by the workflow around it.

Both are on the table. Simple, stable automations can live in Make, Zapier, n8n or Airtable. Complex logic, sensitive data, scale, custom APIs and AI guardrails usually move into custom code.
