Process

How it runs

From workflow map to working automation.

We start with the process, then choose the build path: no-code, custom code, AI agents, dashboards, internal tools or a practical mix.

The path

From first call to a system your team can actually use.

Each step has a clear deliverable. You know what ships next, what it costs and why the chosen stack fits.

Step 01 · Free

Audit

A 20-minute call where we map the workflow, tools, data, manual steps and AI opportunities. You get an honest read on what is worth automating and what is not.

20 minutes → Automation map you keep
Step 02

Blueprint

We define the build path: no-code, custom code, AI agent, dashboard, internal tool or a mix. Scope, milestones and price are fixed before build starts.

2 to 4 days → Scoped plan + fixed quote
Step 03

Build

We build the workflows, prompts, integrations, dashboards, review queues and internal controls. You see working progress every week.

2 to 6 weeks → Working automation, every week
Step 04

Handover

The system runs on your accounts, with documentation, credentials, runbooks and training for the people who will use it.

Included → Ownership + docs
Step 05 · Optional

Improve

We can stay on for monitoring, prompt tuning, workflow updates, dashboard improvements and new integrations as your operation changes.

Ongoing → Monitoring + iteration

What you own

No-code or code, you own the result.

The platform can vary. The ownership rule does not. Your workflows, data paths, dashboards and credentials stay under your control.

Tools

Your tool stack stays yours

No-code workflows run in your workspaces. Custom services run in your repositories or infrastructure. We do not hold the operating layer hostage.

Data

Your data stays controlled

We scope access carefully and connect the systems you already use. Dashboards and agents are built around data paths you can inspect.

Keys

You hold the credentials

API keys, domains, accounts, prompts, workflows and documentation are handed over. The system is not dependent on our private workspace.

What it costs

Scoped around the workflow.

Three ways to work with us. The first one is free and gives you a useful automation map either way.

Straight answers

How the work actually goes.

You should see something working in week one. Small no-code workflows can ship quickly; AI agents, dashboards and custom integrations usually take 2 to 6 weeks after blueprint.

No. We use Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable, Retool and similar tools when they are the right fit. We write code when the workflow needs reliability, data control, AI guardrails, custom APIs or a stronger internal tool.

They often do. Scope changes are handled as clearly priced additions, not surprise invoices. You approve the change before we build it.

Yes. Workflows, code, prompts, dashboards, documentation and credentials are handed over on accounts you control.
