Fair terms, in plain words.

The terms that govern this website and our services. Last updated 11 June 2026.

1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging PlugWheel LLC (“PlugWheel”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our services

PlugWheel provides AI automation, workflow automation, marketing automation, custom AI agent, dashboard, internal tool and related implementation services. The scope, deliverables, timeline and price of any project are defined in a separate written proposal or agreement (the “Engagement Agreement”), which takes precedence over these terms where they differ.

3. The free audit

The automation audit is provided free and without obligation. Any map or recommendations from it are yours to keep and use, with no commitment to engage us.

4. Fees & payment

Project fees are quoted fixed-price after the audit and set out in the Engagement Agreement. Payment terms, milestones and any optional retainer are defined there. We do not bill hourly meters unless explicitly agreed.

5. Ownership of deliverables

On full payment, you own the deliverables we build for you — code, configuration and documentation — deployed on your own infrastructure and accounts. We retain rights to our own pre-existing tools, libraries and general know-how used to build them.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Provide timely access, information and decisions needed to do the work.
  • Ensure you have the right to share any data or systems you give us access to.
  • Use the systems we build in line with applicable law and third-party terms.

7. Confidentiality

We keep your confidential information confidential, and expect the same of you regarding ours. Details can be formalised in a mutual NDA on request.

8. Warranties & disclaimer

We build to a professional standard and stand behind our work as set out in the Engagement Agreement. Beyond that, this website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlugWheel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any direct liability is limited as set out in the relevant Engagement Agreement.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as described in the Engagement Agreement. On termination, we hand over completed, paid-for work and the credentials needed to run it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Cheyenne, WY, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
