PlugWheel is a US-registered engineering studio. We build automation, AI agents, data pipelines and custom software, made to be understood, monitored and handed over.
How we think
We’re not a tool-based agency.
A lot of automation work starts with a platform and bends the business to fit it. We start with the business: how the work actually moves, who touches it and where it breaks.
Automating a broken process only breaks it faster. So the first job is understanding the process, and sometimes the honest advice is to fix it before anything gets built.
What we build has logic you can read, monitoring that notices when something fails, error handling that retries what is safe to retry and checkpoints where a person decides. And it’s built to change, because the business will.
