PlugWheel LLC is based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. We build workflow automation, marketing automation, custom AI agents, dashboards and internal tools with the right mix of no-code and custom code.
Why we exist
Most teams know exactly what they want automated. They just need someone to turn the workflow into a system that actually runs.
We work where the work repeats: intake, lead capture, campaign operations, AI-assisted review, approvals, CRM updates, dashboards and internal tools.
No tool tribalism. We use Make, Zapier, n8n, Airtable and other no-code platforms where they fit, then write custom code where the workflow needs control.
